Your Dashboard
After you complete your bookings, your dashboard becomes your central hub for everything related to your trip. Here you can view your itinerary, submit expenses, access ground transportation, and get help.
What You’ll See
Your dashboard adapts based on where you are in your trip:
- Before your trip — A countdown to your travel date, along with any setup tasks you still need to complete (like setting up notifications or reviewing your expense policy)
- On your travel day — Your flight details front and center, with directions to the airport
- During your trip — Your hotel details and ground transportation options
- On the event day — Event location with directions from your hotel
- Heading home — Your return flight details
- After your trip — A link to provide feedback about your experience
Your Itinerary
Your itinerary shows a timeline of everything booked for your trip — flights, hotels, rental cars, and event details. Each item shows the key details (times, locations, confirmation numbers) and current status.
On desktop: Your itinerary appears as a sidebar panel that you can show or hide.
On mobile: Tap the itinerary button at the bottom of the screen to open it.
Select any item in your itinerary to see more details. For flights, you can view airline information, confirmation numbers, and any status updates (delays, gate changes). For hotels, you can see your reservation details and confirmation.
You can also request that your full itinerary be emailed to you for offline reference.
Flight Status Updates
If a flight is delayed, the itinerary shows the updated time alongside the original schedule. Canceled or diverted flights are flagged prominently so you can take action through Scout.
Getting Help
Scout AI chat is available from every page — look for the “Get Help” button. Scout can help with travel questions, expense questions, and general platform guidance. If Scout can’t resolve something directly, it will connect you with the right person.
Text support is also available if you’ve verified your phone number. You’ll see the text number on the Support tile on your dashboard.
Expenses
If your event includes an expense policy, your dashboard has an expense section where you can submit expenses and track their status. See Submitting Expenses for details.
Ground Transportation
If your organization provides Uber vouchers, the voucher tile appears on your dashboard. See Uber Vouchers for how to redeem and use your voucher.
Additional Tiles
Depending on your trip, you may also see:
- Weather — A forecast for your event location during your travel dates
- Visa requirements — Information about visa requirements based on your destination, including whether a visa or eVisa is needed
- Custom information — Your organization may add tiles with event-specific details, links, or instructions
