Ground Service Policy
Ground service lets a travel agent book car service for a guest with any car service company and pay with the trip’s ground service card. Turn it on in a travel policy when guests need booked car service rather than, or in addition to, Uber vouchers or rental cars.
Ground service depends on your organization’s Juno configuration. If the Ground service option doesn’t appear in a policy’s ground transport settings, contact Juno to have it turned on.

How Trips Use Ground Service
Coordinators choose ground service on individual invites — it is offered on the invite but never selected automatically. To let coordinators choose it, set Can coordinators customize ground transport options per invite? to Yes, allow customization. See Inviting a Guest.
A travel agent then issues the trip’s ground service card, books the rides and records them from the car service company’s receipt. See Ground Service Cards for how rides, totals and changes appear on the trip.
