Contacting a Travel Agent
When a guest needs urgent travel assistance, you can connect directly with the travel team. The travel team receives full context about the guest’s trip, and they know coordinators have authority to make booking decisions.
How to Connect with a Travel Agent
Navigate to the Guest
From your dashboard, go to Guests (Active or Completed) and click on the guest who needs travel assistance. This opens their guest detail page.
You must be viewing a specific guest’s detail page to access travel support. The help drawer requires guest context to work properly.
Open the Get Help Drawer
Look for the “Get Help” button in the bottom-right corner of the page. Click it to open the help drawer.
Click “Talk to a Travel Agent”
Select the “Talk to a Travel Agent” option. This opens a modal with connection options.
Connect with the Travel Team
You’ll see a support phone number and reference code. Choose how to connect:
- Request Callback: If your phone is verified, click this option for a call within about 30 seconds
- Call Directly: Use the phone number shown and have the reference code ready
What the Travel Team Sees
When you connect through this path, the travel team receives:
- Full context about the guest’s invite and trip
- Your role as a coordinator
- Details about the guest’s bookings and itinerary
The travel team knows coordinators have authority to approve changes, which means faster decision-making during the call.
