Requesting Traveler Details
Airlines and hotels require traveler-specific information — legal name, date of birth, passport details, TSA Known Traveler Number — to complete reservations. When you’re booking on behalf of a guest, Juno can collect this information from the guest directly by email before you confirm the booking.
When Traveler Details Are Needed
You’ll see the traveler profile status on the confirmation step of both the flight and hotel booking flows. If the guest hasn’t submitted their profile yet, you’ll see an option to request it.
You can also initiate a traveler profile request directly from the booking banner on the guest’s detail page, before opening the full booking flow.
Requesting the Profile
From either the booking banner or the confirmation step, click Request Traveler Details. Juno sends the guest an email asking them to log in and complete their traveler profile. While waiting, the booking banner updates to show an “Awaiting traveler details” state.
You can continue the booking flow and complete search and selection steps while waiting for the guest to respond. You just won’t be able to confirm the booking until the profile is submitted.
Sending a Reminder
If the guest hasn’t responded, click Send Reminder from the booking banner on the guest’s detail page. This re-sends the profile request email to the guest.
What Your Guest Sees
When the guest follows the link in the request email, they see a form titled “Complete your traveler profile.” The form asks for their legal name, date of birth, passport details or TSA Known Traveler Number, and any other information required for their booking. If the booking includes companions, they’ll be prompted to add companion profiles as well.
At the bottom of the form, a note confirms: “Your coordinator will be notified once you save your profile.” After they click Save, they’re taken to the awaiting booking page where they can see your progress.
The guest’s profile is saved to their Juno account and will be available for future bookings automatically.
What Happens After the Guest Submits
Once the guest submits their traveler profile, the booking banner updates to show that you’re ready to proceed. Return to the booking confirmation step — the guest’s profile will now appear in the traveler selection list, and you can confirm the booking.
