Extending Expense Deadlines
If a guest needs more time to submit their expenses you can extend their deadline at any time from the guest’s invite page.
- Navigate to the guest’s invite
- Click the icon with the three-dots in the top-right corner
- Select Update Expense Deadline from the menu
- In the modal that appears, select a new deadline date and time
- Click Save to apply the new deadline
The deadline is displayed in the event’s timezone and shows the current deadline for reference. When you update the deadline, the guest will be notified via email and/or SMS (based on their notification preferences) with the new submission date.
This is particularly useful when a guest’s expense deadline has expired or when you need to give them additional time to submit expenses after an event.
